Home workout equipment, and what each piece is good for
The equipment your Selpflow plan can use, what each piece does well and what it typically costs. Your program shows which pieces would unlock the most exercises for you.
Home equipment
Dumbbells
The most flexible start. Press, row, curl and squat with one pair, then add weight as you get stronger.
Typically €20 to €160
Kettlebell
Swings, goblet squats and carries in one compact piece. Good for strength and conditioning at once.
Typically €22 to €75
Resistance bands
Cheap, light and easy to pack. Adds resistance to pulls, presses and hip work, and helps with warm-ups.
Typically €8 to €25
Pull-up bar
Pull-ups and chin-ups are hard to replace. One bar covers most of your back and arm pulling work.
Typically €20 to €50
Suspension trainer
Straps that turn your body weight into rows, presses and core work, and let you scale each rep by changing your angle.
Typically €30 to €120
Stability ball
Adds an unstable surface for core work, hamstring curls and supported presses.
Typically €10 to €30
Foam roller
For warm-ups and recovery. Rolling tight muscles before a session can make movements feel smoother.
Typically €10 to €35
Plyometric box
For box jumps, step-ups and elevated moves. Choose one that is stable and has several heights.
Typically €40 to €130
Ab wheel
One of the hardest core exercises for its price. Start from your knees and go only as far as you can control.
Typically €14 to €20
Medicine ball
Throws, slams and rotational work. Good for power and for adding load to core exercises.
Typically €15 to €50
Barbell and plates
The classic for heavy squats, deadlifts and presses. It needs plates and some space, and it pays off for serious strength work.
Typically €60 to €200
Weight plates
Weight plates load a barbell, and some can be held for weighted carries or presses. Buy them with the bar.
Typically €40 to €200
