Selpflow - Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website https://selpflow.com ("Website").

1. General Rules

All purchases of Selpflow digital fitness and nutrition programs are final and non-refundable.
Because our programs are personalized digital content, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) allows refunds to be excluded once delivery has started. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that:
"I agree that Selpflow can deliver my personalized program right away. I understand this means the standard 14-day withdrawal right will no longer apply once generation starts."
This ensures you receive your program immediately after purchase, without waiting periods.

2. Exceptions

If you experience technical issues during program generation (e.g., the program fails to generate, or the file is not delivered), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@selp.life.
Instead of a refund, we will provide you with a discount code to generate a new program free of charge.

Please include your email address and Program ID in your request.

4. Note for EU Customers

If you reside in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days. However, this right expires once we begin generating your program, provided you gave your prior consent at checkout.
